STEPS FOR SELF HYPNOSIS

PREPARATION   



  • Before going into trance and achieving your goals with self hypnosis you must prepare yourself for better result. Choose any comfortable and private place where you can relax. sit in any comfortable chair or couch where you feel you are comfortable. You can sit down or lay down which ever suits you the best.Choose a time of the day when you are not going to be disturbed.  

RELAXATION 



  • Imagine a beam of concentrated light in the very center of your forehead and you focus the light on your body, view the part as completely relaxing. Focus the light on your toes; imagine it freeing each body part one at a time starting with your toes and working its way up your body. Visualize each part of your body becoming lighter and lighter as the tension is removed. relax your toes, then your feet, thighs, buttocks, back, around your abdominal muscles and entire head. You will now recognize that you are completely enveloped with this great feeling of relaxation.  

BREATHING   



  • Take slow, deep breaths. Observe the breathing without trying to control it in any way, just noticing every aspect of the breath. See the air returning as a bright force filled with life and energy. Now your mind and body is completely relaxed.  

HEALING SUGESTIONS    



  • Now you must start addressing your goals. Think about the positive aspects of your goals, Like whenever I am in conference room, how confident I feel. Your subconscious mind does not understand negatives in speech - avoid using statements with negative statement such as "I don't want to be tired and irritable." Instead, say, "I am calm and relaxed." Examples of positive statements "I am strong and slender," "I am successful and confident," and, if you have pain, "My back feels wonderful.". Focus your subconscious mind on your goals. Repeat your goals in your subconscious mind as many times as you wish.  

AWAKENING    



  • When you have completed your hypnosis session. Count from 0 to 10. when you reach 10 you will be fully awake and aware
